Primary School

The school was founded on the 3rd of July, 2001 by Late Dr. Barrister (Chief) Gbenga Dalley, with the vision of transforming educational system in Ogun State in particular and Nigeria at large. The school is government approved, situated at No., 1, Akinfimijoye Road Ibara Housing Estate, Abeokuta, Ogun State. It is a co-educational with both Day and Boarding facilities.

The school started with ten pupils and eight teacher. Over the years the school has tremendously increased with the help of God and commitment and hard work of both the founder and teachers.

School Facilities

  • The Library: The school is well equipped with a spacious library filled with old and recent books, journals and magazines that will enhance the teaching – learning process of the school.
  • Transport Facility: Transport facilities are provided for day pupils who are in need of it.
  • ICT Theatre: The school ICT theatre has modern computer system, enough to accommodate one pupil per system at a time.

Sports Facilities

Our sport facilities include football pitch. Indoor games such as Ludo, scrabble, whot, chess, monopoly, snake and ladder, table tennis and Badminton. Outdoor games include football, race, filling the basket, egg and spoon, tug of war, sack race etc.

The bedrock of every institution is determined by the competency of the human resources employed. In view of this the school recruits highly qualified teachers and consultants with morals and values.

The school is systematically design to enhance effective and efficient teaching and learning activities, painted with different colours to enable the pupils to identify colours and their significance.

Each class room is decorated with instructional materials to paint a mental picture of the teaching to the pupils which makes the teaching lingers on their mind for a very long time.

Beside the class room teaching the school also have different categories of Clubs such as JETS Club, Young farmers Club, Mathematics club, Press club,  Sport  Club as well as Literally and Debating Society.

To expose the children to different career, the school organizes an annual career day which allows the pupils to dress in their respective future ambition attire. Professionals from all sphere of influence are invited to educate the pupils on their chosen career.

In addition, cultural day is also observed to instill into the pupils their cultural value. They dressed traditionally according to their tribes.

Furthermore, according to the saying” all work and no play make jack a dull boy”, the school had her second Inter- house Sport Competition recently. Some of the activities that took place were race of different categories, long jump, match past, egg and spoon, fill in the basket, back to school etc.

In order to learn new things apart from classroom teaching, pupils need to explore their environment and learn new things outside the school setting. Besides classroom teaching, the school organizes excursion that takes the pupils to new places to discover new things.

The school environment is highly conducive for teaching and learning activities that helps to develop a child’s cognitive, psychomotor and affective abilities. Ours is a serene, conducive and an academically healthy citadel of learning for crèche (all year round) Pre- Nursery, Nursery and Primary education.

Daily Routine

  • 7:00am – Common entrance class for primary four (4) and five (5) pupils.
  • 7:45am – 8:00am – Assembly is conducted
  • 8:00am – 8:15am – Teachers’ prayer
  • 8:15am – 8:30am – Preparation for the day’s work
  • 10:30am – 10:40am – Recess
  • 12 noon – 12:40pm – Lunch break (Nutritious and delicious meals served by the school)
  • 1:20pm – 2:00pm – Co-curricular activities (Monday – Thursday) (Friday for films)

*Classes begin at 8. 30am and end at 2.00pm. Officially, school closes at 4.00pm.

Our pupils have been good ambassadors of this great citadel of learning in their respective secondary schools and tertiary institutions.
